2. How does a return work?

📦 Important: Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods and must be in their original condition.

3. Where are your products manufactured?

Our textiles are produced in Turkey with great care and attention to detail – under fair conditions and with high-quality workmanship.
The final printing takes place in Germany , specifically in Bavaria , where each piece is individually finished for you. This way, you receive a product that combines quality, style, and responsibility.

4. How long does shipping take?

We will process your order as quickly as possible. Production and delivery times are typically:

In exceptional cases, due to high demand or special promotions, minor delays may occur – we will, of course, keep you updated.

5. When and how are returns processed?

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days . You will then receive your refund via the same payment method you used for your order.
